Hi I'm suffering from head spin only head spin not things along with mild headache in upper head and eye strain issue.. I'm taking anti vertigo medicine it's not helping much... Some days good after then again symptom be high along with anxious and fearful nature sometime get anixty attacks after seeing a dream... It's also a issue bad dream... Lightheaded and sometimes body balance also not good... I don't know what is it I have consult many doctors still my condition not getting better and even I feel like I'm sitting in train from inside I feel my body floating or swaining... Before sleep gives me little relief nowadays when I go bed and close my eyes I feel my head spinning... I am tired don't know what is it... And even nowadays my bp also fanucatiating I don't know what cussing this it's been one and half month since I'm facing this help

It can be because of many reasons like anaemia, Thyroid problem or sugar problem or cervical problem etc. Get ur thyroid profile, CBC, blood sugar fasting, X-ray cervical spines checked from some lab. In the meanwhile Follow this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.
2. Don't Overeat
3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
