I have continuous headache on top of head with body pain for past few days. Along with this have feeling of vomiting. My vitamin d was low 5ng/ml and iron was also low so started vitamin d 60K IU tablets along with Iron tablets. Taking painkiller for headache but headache doesn't go away. Pls help
