Hi. Is Your headache associated with any other symptom and is it only on one side of the head if yes it might be migraine. But as you are suggesting you also wear specs please do get your vision test just in case. Also hypertension is a very common cause of headache but given your age if might not be the case, but cannot be ruled out. Please follow sleep hygiene like avoiding mobile before sleep and also get yourself tested for Vitamin D tested.

I'm sorry to hear about your headaches. There could be several reasons for your symptoms:
1. **Tension Headaches**: These are common and can be triggered by stress, poor posture, or eye strain, especially if you use specs¹.
2. **Migraines**: Migraines often cause pain on one side of the head and can be triggered by various factors, including stress, certain foods, or changes in sleep patterns².
3. **Dental Issues**: A cavity or other dental problems can sometimes cause referred pain to the head³.
4. **Cluster Headaches**: These are less common but can cause severe pain on one side of the head, often around the eye or temple⁴.
Given the persistence and specific timing of your headaches, it would be best to consult with a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation. They can help determine the exact cause and recommend appropriate treatment.
In the meantime, try to:
- Maintain good posture and take breaks if you're working on a computer.
- Ensure your glasses prescription is up to date.
- Practice relaxation techniques to manage stress.
