There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. From the given history it is likely to be sinusitis. Sinusitis is a common inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, the cavities that produce the mucus necessary for the nasal passages to work effectively. It can be acute or chronic, and it can be caused by viruses, bacteria, fungi, allergies, or even an autoimmune reaction. Although uncomfortable and painful, sinusitis often goes away without medical intervention. However, if symptoms last more than 7 to 10 days, or if there is a fever or a bad headache, you will require medical intervention. These steps may help: - Do steam inhalation(plain steam) regularly - Drink water at an average of 3 liters per day - Avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages as they cause dehydration and will worsen your condition. - Have spicy food once in a while which will help clear your sinuses - Use a humidifier in your room which is seen to be beneficial in sinusitis - Wiping the face regularly with a towel moist with hot water has also shown to help. If the condition persists or worsens kindly visit the ENT at the earliest.

Sir. Headache can be due to numerous reasons like migraine, unresolved sinus infection, allergies, inner ear infection or defect etc. Based on the history you have given, I am suspecting allergic reaction to dust mites. Switching on the fan inside a unclean room will recirculate the air inside room along with the dust particles settled in the room, so inhaling this dust filled air on regular basis can cause repeated sneezing, running nose, headaches. So mainly I suggest you to clean your room including the fan and if possible sleep with a window open in a clean room to have a fresh air. Daily morning do jogging for 30-40mins and brisk walking for 15-20mins. Do breathing excercise for 15-20mins and meditation to develop stamina. Get a allergy test done to know about the things you are allergic and avoid coming in contact with such things. If you are not satisfied kindly consult a physician for further management.
