Stiff Neck
Im not able to move my neck freely, there is no swelling as such. I feel my neck stiff. Im a person who drives alot in a day. Is the pain due to sitting for long time? I wish to go for a physiotherapy session.

stiff neck is mainly coz of ur occupation dat most of the times u need to see straight. ...ur neck muscles ...and ur cervical spines l b strained u need to practise neck exercises bettr to contact orthopedician and then stat physio
