Ma'am/Sir, I used to binge eat before and was 70 kgs, I somehow managed to lose 15 kg's in 4 months but now I am afraid that I may overeat. How to realize that my stomach is full and don't overeat? I eat 4 rotis and 2 cup daal+ 2 cups potato/spinach/kadhi for lunch, 2 rotis and 1 cup milk and 2 cup dal for dinner, 4 idlis with some sambhar dipped. Is it enough?
