Start weight lifting exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

For gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie food in ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. In breakfast can take different types of shake included with carbohydrates rich food. Take three main meals and two small meal.
