She very thin. she tried nutrigain tablets but no use. can you please suggest any method or tAblet for weight gain.

Hi there,

Good to hear from you :)

No pills or powders would lead to weight gain and do not get lured by such advertisements.

You need to put on weight but not excess fat and hence you need to eat at least 6 meals in a day.

Eat a diet rich in proteins(paneer/tofu/curd/milk/egg/chicken/fish).

Do not go ahead and have pizza and burgers these shall make you fat and not healthy.

Eat energy dense foods like nuts,fruits and veggies.

Sleep well and stay stress free .

We must firstly know the reason why having low weight ,is it in your genes or some health problem or your lifestyle. By the time you take healthy diet with 6-8 serving of cereals,2-3 servings of pulses and non veg if taking,4-5 serving fruits and vegetables,3 tsf oil and fats,500-750 ml milk and its products with 3 lts of water devided into 3 main and 3 small meals in a day .Take proper sleep and make yourself stressfree by doing some physical activity of your choice daily atleast for 50 mnts.to know more or clear any querry take appointment with me on practo

Hello...for weight gain one should follow a balance meal plan with appropriate combination of nutrients according to gender,height,weight and pattern of life.

She require only 6 KGS weight gain. Don't use tablet or medicine plz use natural diet to gain muscle mass

Hello there... Kindly do not use any weight gain supplements. As they have lots of adverse effects on the overall health.... Only calories won’t add to your body weight,include the right amount of proteins to your diet. Remember ladies, if you want to put on weight and look fit, you need to build muscles not flab. Eat - Eggs, lean meat, fish, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Fish such as tuna and mackerel are rich in oil and are one of the best ways to increase weight.
