No pills or powders would lead to weight gain and do not get lured by such advertisements.
You need to put on weight but not excess fat and hence you need to eat at least 6 meals in a day.
Eat a diet rich in proteins(paneer/tofu/curd/milk/egg/chicken/fish).
Do not go ahead and have pizza and burgers these shall make you fat and not healthy.
Eat energy dense foods like nuts,fruits and veggies.
Sleep well and stay stress free .
