Hi, Good evening. 5 Weeks after a baby is too early to start weight loss. Wait for few more weeks without gaining any weight. And if it's still concerning you consult a proper Dietician who can plan weight loss diet with taking care of Lactational requirements.
Health Tips
Eat Balanced meals, drink water throughout the day to stay well hydrated.
