U plan ur diet . U take plenty of vegetables,fruits and raw greengram sprouts. Substitute millets for rice or wheat . Drink enough water,buttermilk.everyday. Sleep leisurely for six hrs every night. Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,spicy oily foods,preserved foods. Walk,exercise and yoga everyday for an hour .
