Hello! Dry dates may not help much and since you’re prediabetic , you must look at other options that can support weight gain. Take 3 litres of water daily , eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, use desi ghee with meals, start light exercises and get good sleep. A medical check may be required to make sure your blood parameters are in range and there is no medical reason for weight loss. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan and supplement that works .
Next Steps
Consult on practo for further advice
