I have Hypothyroidism
With TSH of 66 and high cholesterol issues
My height is 5'3" And weight is 75-78 kg
I need a diet chart to follow so i can loose some body weight or other tips or any particular excercise which can help me.?
I have anxiety n mood swings issues so i got demotivated easily...
Is there any diet which i can follow everyday?

You should follow a well balanced weight reduction diet, which contains complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, vegetables etc. Your ideal body weight should be 60 kg. Drink atleast 3 litre water per day. Avoid fast and junk food. Try to do different kind of exercise like, free hand, high cardio, yoga about 30- 45 minutes per day. Increase your daily activity level which boost up metabolic rate, because metabolic rate of a person with hypothyroidism is less compare to normal one.
