My weight has been stagnant at 56 kgs past many years...though i have done personal gym training,i could just lose 2 kgs with strenuous workout..i am 38 years and height is 5 feet...i want to be 50 kgs...my freind followed whey protein shakes diet and lost15 kgs on 3 mnths.she s my age...i just need to understand how safe is whey protein,which one to consume.,how to consume and in what quantity

Whey protein although water soluble but may not be suitable to all as per weight reduction is concerned. So , first you start a low calorie diet not protien powder. Low rice, low starch but more activities, yoga, fruits, veges based foods.
