You need more carbs (like cereals whole wheat,rice etc.) enriched by high quality protein all types. Remember protein has very best role for you to give energy & indirectly to gain weight. Sleep 8-9 hours ,deep tight sleep at night. Do some dynamic works as per routine & being tired you will sleep on time at night by 11 pm max. Take PROTINEX / B-Protoen with milk 150ml in breakfast & next in evening .Banana, greens, green s vegetables, fruits & green salad curd, 4 pcs fruits, cutrus fruits like Musambi,amla, etc. helpful for you. No stress & normal timely working & meals.
