My height is 5'3" and my weight is 65kg. I eat very less and still my weight is not in control.So what I suppose to do?

Thanks for your question. weight is related to food habits, lifestyles, activities/ Exercises. u may v high calorie foods but no such ratio of usage. so gained weight or prone to this overweight. control all these three I Said
