Weight loss issue
My diet is very less, 3 chapatis fills up my stomach, still I have a lot of fat in my body. I have tried everything, running, dieting, walking still no prominent difference is seen. My height is 5'9" & my weight is 79Kgs. Right now I take bread & tea as breakfast n then 3 chapatis in lunch, only papaya in dinner. HELP

Eating less won't help you to lose weight. In order to boost up metabolism, you need to eat at frequent intervals and go for smaller portions. Also include more of fiber in your diet, in form of salads, fruits, whole grains. Don't compromise with breakfast. Eat complete breakfast and exercise at least 3 days according to your stamina level. It's not about 3 or 2 chapati. It's about what you eat and how consistent you are in following one particular schedule.
