Pills are short term not so effective and have plenty of longterm side effects..
Generally using pills for reducing weight and burning fat is not recommended though there's a great misconception that it gives good results..but that's not at all true..

kidney beans, sll variety beans, lobhia, 8 to 10 glasses of water per day, buttermilk, barley water, coconut water..
Have early dinner by 7 or max 7:30 pm..and have broken wheat upma with lots of vegetables in it..
Have more of gourd family vegetables..eat small frequent meals..
Donot have large portion size meal at one go..
High fiber diet...etc..
Avoid refined / polished rice, flour, outside processed and packaged foods, beverages, junk and fast foods, no to fad diets, maida, and instant ready to eat foods, no to roots and tubers lije potatoes, yams etc.. no to jams and jellies, sweets, yogurts, baked foods like pizzas, burgers which are high in fat in the form of cheese..
No to sedentary lifestyle..like sitting much, being lethargic or lazy.. immediately sleeping after a meal..
