Is there any pills for weight loss?? Belly fats burner? Which I can take and loose my weight. And which do not have bad side effects.. I am unable to do exercise.

Healthy eating ie a balanced diet with lots of vegetables and whole grains. Eat good amount of fibre to help you feel full and cut down your eating.

Hi, I understand your concern to lose weight but weight loss pills are not a good option I would rather suggest you eat healthy balanced diet and a simple exercise of brisk walk for 30 minutes to help a steady drop on scale. Weight loss should not short term it should be long lasting and sustainable. Making small changes initially as mentioned follows will also of help to you - 1. Set in a routine for sleep, meals and exercise 2. Never skip meals eat balanced meals 3. Ensure intake of two fruits throughout the day preferably mid meals 4. Incorporate protein rich foods such as dals, pulses, sprouts, low-fat dairy, non-veg in every meal 5. Start exercise with as easy as a 30 minutes brisk walk. 6. Drink 2-3 liters of water every day 7. Weight loss pills are not the healthy option and  I won't recommended it at all. For weight loss you should follow properly customized diet and exercise which will reduce weight naturally and in healthy manner. Weight loss pills have a lot of side effects might be for instance you get results but have serious side effects in Long run. For belly fat issue you should do exercise especially for belly fat like crunches n all because your concern is fir localised region. If you can't exercise especially then do some physical workout like dance or play outdoor games like badminton, do something to burn your calories. Please  don't  adapt  any short cuts. Pill have side effects. Adapt  healthy lifestyle .balanced diet.. Include plenty of veggies n fruit, nuts,seed ,protein....fish,eggs,sprouts,. Include  millet in lunch n dinner. Avoid junk n packed, processed  food .Do exercise, walk  on regular basis

Hi Pills are short term not so effective and have plenty of longterm side effects.. Generally using pills for reducing weight and  burning fat is not recommended though there's a great misconception that it gives good results..but that's not at all true.. Kindly request not to believe such things..which are completely fake and doesn't guarantee you with long-lasting benefitable results..for weight loss or any for that matter.. You should reduce or decrease your weight very naturally and slowly..speed up process is not good at all.. As per your present situation your BMI is 26.25 which indicates the starting phase of pre-obesity.. Your ideal body weight ( IBW) should be as per your Age, Height and weight can be around 45.4 - 50.4..approximately.. Dietary suggestion would be locally grown seasonal fruits , vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, whole grain cereals, whole pulses, healthy nuts like Almonds, Walnuts, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, watermelon seeds, raisins, figs, fried dry dates, apricots, lowc fat dairy and it's  substitutes, legumes lije green peas, chic peas, kidney beans, sll variety beans, lobhia, 8 to 10 glasses of water per day, buttermilk, barley water, coconut water.. Have early dinner by 7 or max 7:30 pm..and have broken wheat upma with lots of vegetables in it.. Have more of gourd family vegetables..eat small frequent meals.. Donot have large portion size meal at one go.. High fiber diet...etc.. Avoid refined / polished rice, flour, outside processed and packaged foods, beverages, junk and fast foods, no to fad diets, maida, and instant ready to eat foods, no to roots and tubers lije potatoes, yams etc.. no to jams and jellies, sweets, yogurts, baked foods like pizzas, burgers which are high in fat in the form of cheese.. No to sedentary lifestyle..like sitting much, being lethargic or lazy.. immediately sleeping after a meal.. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts. Reduce intake of rice,.Substitute rice with millets,wheat. Drink enough water,buttermilk. Walnuts,almonds,raisins,figs,drydates keep the body fit. Walk,yoga,exercise keeps u fit. Avoid nonveg,fastfoods,bakeryfoods,preserved foods,spicy oily foods. Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs at night.

Don't take any supplements . for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and walk early morning and evening.take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.

Hello Without following a weight loss diet you will not be able to loose the weight. 80% of the weight loss depends on diet and the rest 20% on exercise and walk. I can not advise you weight loss pill as there are side effects also. You should take a customised diet plan for weight loss. There is nothing big in following the diet like people think eg- u will not feel hungry, not restricted from every food you like..
