Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You have not mentioned your height or weight. Do you have PCOD or hypothyroidism? How consistently have you followed the diet & worked out in gym? Consistency is the key. If you do something temporarily & then revert back to your older lifestyle then it won't work.
