Hii.. Hope you are doing good.. You need to follow good healthy diet and little bit of brisk walk daily.. Add more of fiber by adding vegetables, fruits and whole grain,  keeping diet low in carbs, lots and lots of water and last but not the least keeping junk and fried foods and carbonated beverages aside.. Some superfoods that are available in your kitchen only can be added depending upon your age, gender, body composition and medical conditions..
