You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You can easily reduce weight by adding some cardio exercise, low fat and medium carbohydrates. Take plenty of water to get rid from it Add seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Early dinner will also help you to reduce fast. For best results you can get your body constitution done and start specific diet as per your requirement. As everyone’s body works in a different way.

You should have to follow the healthy lifestyle Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk Curd and paneer which are made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive , saffola, sunflower, mustard oil in cooking Use whole wheat bread, brown bread etc Use green leafy vegetables, sprouts , in your diet Use egg white Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato , arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned, tinned etc Avoid pickles and papad in your diet
