Hello! Have carrot and beetroo juice in the early morning. Have egg whites(4 no.) at breakfast. Avoid all wheat products for atleast 1 week. Brisk walk for atleast 15 minutes before breakfast. You will se amazing results God willingly. Stay blessed. Thankyou!
