You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, PCOD is a condition of imbalance in the hormone production, whch are also responsible for the metabolism of the body, if there is a lack of a particular hormone then it could also reduce the metabolism leading to fattening. The weight could be controlled by following the right diet. 1st being the carbohydrates, which occupy a major portion of any meal, rather we have to choose them wisely. What we look for here is giving a major chunk of complex carbs, i.e, all the whole grain cereals and pulses, unrefined sources, with their bran, eg. wheat flour with wheat bran added, oats, etc. Proteins should be complete good quality protein coming from, very important, low fat sources, eg. lean cuts of meat, egg whites, low fat milk and milk products. Fat is what we have to restrict with very less proportion of visible fats and more of invisible fat sources like nits and seeds, eg. almonds, walnuts, different seeds, etc. some amount of physical exercise is also something which is unavoidable. At least 45 mins of brisk walk is a must. Small frequent meals can help keep improving the metabolism which promotes weight loss. With all these tips, you will definitely be able to achieve your desired weight and control your medical condition.
