PCOD and weight gain issues
I have PCOD for past 9 years and my weight is 77 Kg. My weight gradually increased and stabilized in 70 ranges. Suddenly within 2 months I gained 6 Kg and I can't able to reduce it. Is my weight gain is related to PCOD. How could I reduce my weight?? If PCOD is treated, will my weight be reduced??
