Hi dear Long-term weight loss is about adopting a healthy lifestyle and sticking to it. Green Coffee beans have potential to lose weight to some extent, but it is still under research, complete scientific evidence n backing is still not very much clarified. Hence go for a good lifestyle modification with diet n exercise for long term results. Have lots of water,Fresh fruits n veggies. Small n frequent meals throughout the day. Cut down portions of cereals and sweets. Go for brisk walk n little strengthening exercises 5days a week. You will see the difference.
