Hi, egg white contains proteins and egg yolk is rich in cholesterol, since you are consuming only egg white no need to worry. As for as the nuts you are taking, having them in very large quantities can cause weight gain but again since you have mentioned that you are taking it in low quantity I advise you to take it only in the morning which is a health beneficial habit. Coming to the alcohol( both beer and rum or any other alcoholic beverage) it is known to increase weight, because in our body alcohol is preferred over fat for calories needed for the body, so fat won't be utilised.so you are preventing fat burning in your body by providing alcohol as a alternative source of energy and because of the alcohol you might feel more and more hungry after taking it, so you will have more and more food which again adds on to the extra calories. So I suggest you to control your drinking habit if you want to lose weight. Most importantly just by diet and without any physical activity losing weight is difficult, so try to do daily jogging for 30-40mins, cycling for 30-40mins, yoga and meditation. Learn swimming if possible. And do that in the evening.
