I am not overweight.. but i want to look more lean. Currently i weigh 55 kgs and my height is 165 cm.. i know my weight is right according to bmi but i have fat all over the body especially on belly, thighs and arms. So kindly suggest me an effective proper diet plan and exercise routine so that i can tone my body and become lean. Thank you..

Hello.., if your weight is normal for your height don't try to loose weight because that may upset your health.,alters Menstrual cycle ,weakness, fatiguability all these problems may occur .. So maintain healthy body ,exercise daily. . have nutritious food.
