Change ur lifestyle. Start practicing yoga. Any type of fasting either fruit or juice do it under the guidance of experts. Drink 3 to 4 Litrs of water everyday it helps to flush out the toxins inside ur body. If u hav any digestion issues correct that by changing the diet.

Hello....... Your body mass index is around 26.. Obesity is when BMI is beyond 30. Preobsity is between 25 to 30.. You can maintain the weight. Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours..
