Hello, yes you can lose weight. You need to concentrate on these things to lose weight. 1)diet- instead of 3 big meals eat 5 small meals a day, it controls the hunger. Avoid all junk and only foods, eat more vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water. 2)exercise - daily 30min morning and evening exercise like, jogging, dance, aerobics will help to to reduce weight. 3)get atleast 7hrs of quality sleep and avoid stress, which helps you to reduce weight
