Hi - U need a well balanced diet plan. Take low calorie meals like brown rice,brown breads, more whole wheat, grains based all staple meals.add more fruits except coconut, banana more mix vegetables low under ground vegetables. No fast,junk,oily,spicy, rich street foods. Take max light snacks ,take small but frequently. Most importantly rigorous exercises, free hand poses/ yoga, 7 hrs sleep, more more dynamic lifestyles very helpful.
