Hello! Don't check your weight everyday. Fix one day in a week n check weight in early morning empty stomach after loo. Take 5-6 meals a day.Do breakfast. Stay away from sugars and sugary foods and drinks, deep fried, preserved foods, excess cheese or oil etc. Try to choose complex carbs which are heigh in fiber. Take dal, lean chicken, egg whites, low fat milk n product. Have seasonal fruits.n 30 min walking a day. Consult a dietitian for personalized diet plan.
