Hi , last year I had lost 12 kg in three months  with crash diet but I had heavy hair fall due to crash diet ( I used to climb steps 100 sets ) which my friend advised not to do because knees will get problem in future .. Now I have gained so much wait .. I m 84 and I m jus 20 years ... So I m thinking to climb steps only because it gives fast results please suggest me can I do or not ... Will I have knees problems in future ? Please reply me

What is your height?You will definitely damage your knees if you strain them this much. 150minutes of exercise in a week should do the trick, do not strain any one body part and try to do something that involves whole body workout. A healthy diet without giving up on any food group but calorie deficit will allow a weight loss but you should seek a professional help.
