Can anyone please suggest..what is the best diet plan.? I feel hungry too often n tempts to eat. Please suggest me Wat shlould be done.

Hey, have lot of fruits and vegetables, have vegetables containing fibre , avoid oily, junk spicy food when your hungry, have home made foods only ,have chapatis and vegetable , drink lot of water , don't be sedentary, exercise daily and burn calories you will not gain fat
