I feel injections are not worth and proves unsafe ,useless . U please have patience and the process of losing weight s hould be slow and gradual. If it is instant it will cause many side effects and damage ur health. So please take plenty of vegetables fruits and sprouts. Can consume millets for rice. Walk, exercise, yoga are the best methods for stabiling weight in a  healthy manner. Ur body needs vitamins minerals proteins  everyday So u have to consume vegetables, fruits, sprouts everyday .These do not add on to the calories much and if so do not get stored as fat.

You have mentioned that you are a medical professional. Please don’t take any short cut methods for weight loss. It’s not an overnight process. It will be gradual and you have to put in hard work for it. Do consult a senior doctor and go for a wholesome diet and exercise plan.

Everything is related with your thinking and approach .In just demand of result don't overdo. First identify your capacity. Then chalk out the plan. Exercise at frequent intervals instead of one go would be beneficial .Stress or anxiety with constipation can also be the factors.
Next Steps
Do regular deep breathing Avoid medication. Can try 1-Kumariashav.                2-Ashvagandharisht                 Both 2 tsf bd with equal water after meal                 for 15 days.

Hi You need to first understand no matter what med you take or lipo surgery you do for weight loss It will only have temporary results Mainstay is lifestyle modifications only And this includes diet( physical health) as well as mental health ( stress management/ depression and anxiety management) That too over a period of time ( nothing sudden/ instant) Also do you have Co morbidities like Diabetes? Medicine you mention is an anti diabetic medicine You need to concentrate on both mental as well as physical health. Both are equally important

Height and weight have to be proportionate. Heredity also have a role. Thereafter comes the effect of life style and your diet habits. Avoid unnecessary medications for loosing weight. Do  regular brisk walk and exercises for atleast 45 minutes. Use lemon and honey.
Next Steps
Take seasonal fruits and salad half an hour before your meals which may include germinated pulses/grams. Avoid juices, soups, and carbonated drinks.

Thee is no medicine or cut short method to lose weight. First of all u should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming etc. Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. On other days u can do cardio exercises. For more details u can consult me.
