Ozempic is indicated for losing weight if your BMI is above 30.Its an effective medicine.Though oral dose is started at a lower dose,to reduce the weight you have to go upto 14- 25 mg daily which could be very expensive .It has its own side-effects.Your BMI is 24.8 as per your height and weight. You certainly do not fit in the category.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your query regarding the use of Ozempic for weight loss. Ozempic (semaglutide) is primarily a medication used for managing type 2 diabetes, but it has also been found to aid in weight loss. However, it is important to approach weight loss medications with caution. Here are some key points to consider: 1. **Safety and Efficacy**: Ozempic can be effective for weight loss, but it should only be used under the supervision of a healthcare provider. It is not suitable for everyone and can have side effects. 2. **Lifestyle Changes**: Sustainable weight loss typically involves a combination of dietary changes, regular physical activity, and behavioral modifications. Medications should be considered as an adjunct to these lifestyle changes, not a replacement. 3. **Medical Consultation**: It is crucial to consult with a healthcare provider to determine if Ozempic is appropriate for you. They can assess your overall health, discuss potential side effects, and monitor your progress. I strongly recommend a consultation to discuss your weight loss goals and to receive personalized advice. For further consultation and to discuss your health in detail, you can reach me directly on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**. Take care .
