Weight loss and sudden spike
I am 34 yr 59 kg . following walking and balanced diet routine just after weekends where we tend to eat junk food i see that weight increases by 1 kg. is it temporary increase ? i am not able to understand that how one week dieting is crushed by one day eating?!!

I know there should one cheat day but you need to monitor your calories try to satisfy your self with less quantity You can do one thing choose a small size eating plate   so after eating the you will feel satisfied

Hi Yes if u check your weight after  eating out then it can increase from 1 to 1.5 kg. Its the temporary gain, that doesn't mean you have gained fat or you gained weight in one day.
