How to increase weight? My friend s 25 Yrs of Age and looks lean and also falls sick often. Travels 2 hours in a day and so feels tired by end of the day.

Go to a gym 2-4 times per week. Lift heavy, and try to increase the weights . Working in gym helps to increase appetite . sleep of 7-8 hours is required to feel fresh in morning.
