Now not go for weight loss after 6 month u can start & control ur weight by following rules like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening.
Don't think abt ur self but u hv to think abt ur kid which totally depend on u for nutrition.
Follow lactation diet which beneficial for u maintaining ur weight.

Do not take any capsule for weight loss as they have harmful effects on your body.
And I would recommend you to start any weight loss diet once your baby is 6 months.
As you are breast feeding your child so if u do any Weight loss diet it can effect the health of your child and the quality of your breast milk.
Once your baby start with the weaning or supplement food then you can start the diet plan.

Taking any kind of supplement/ pills/ medication is not advisable. Also considering that you are a breast feeding mother, follow a balanced and healthy diet.
-Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
