Hello, please ensure you are increasing your portions in main meals for 20% at least. Include at least 3-4 snacks between such as milk shakes, nuts, dry fruits etc. Drink 2 glasses milk and 2 cups of curd daily. Add protein rich foods like eggs, paneer, pulses, sprouts etc.
