Weight issues

I have joined the gym almost 7months ago and im working hard and trying to control my diet also. I was 61kg when i joined the gym and now im 58kg. I want to reduce more fat but i dont know how to do that please help me

Hi dear
Check with the physician that do you have any hormonal issues or all are fine. If all are OK, then do follow the right steps towards weight loss. Concentrate on the exercises mostly cardio, particular areas which are heavy, try to work out on those.
Have small n frequent meals throughout the day. Avoid carbs n sweets. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink green tea once daily. N also consult a dietician for detailed personalized consultation.

Weight gain happens either due to addition of extra calories or due to failure to spend calories consumed...these extra calories deposited in our body as fat..for weight reduction you have to consume less calories and spend more...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...
