I was at 77 kg in December 14,then i joined gym and through work out and diet reduced 15 kgs in 3-4 months.Now from the past 1 year firstly my weight became static then increased by 3-4 kgs.Now no matter how hard i try i can't shed more weight. Even i feel weak these days and i can't boost myself up for working out. What should i do?? I want to loose at least 5 kgs more . It's frustrating me now . Please help
