Weight loss
I was at 77 kg in December 14,then i joined gym and through work out and diet reduced 15 kgs in 3-4 months.Now from the past 1 year firstly my weight became static then increased by 3-4 kgs.Now no matter how hard i try i can't shed more weight. Even i feel weak these days and i can't boost myself up for working out. What should i do?? I want to loose at least 5 kgs more . It's frustrating me now . Please help

Hi Your weight loss has reached a require to give a shock to the body so that it starts responding.this can be done by giving a plateau breaker diets and change in physical require to meet a professional dietician and Trainer for that.what going through is very common and normal so please don't get demotivated.take a right diet and see results.
