Want to weight loss

Hi,my weight is 77 and height 5.3inch have to loss weight because trying to conceive not able to succeed please help me so that I can loss weight and achieve my goal.throught only diet can I loss weight without joining gym. I can walk even cycling please help me. I have 3months before that I have to loss weight healthy way.

Take high fiber foods like fresh fruits and green vegetables, oats, sprouts etc.
Drink lot of water everyday.
Avoid junk and fast food.
Take balanced diet.
Take frequent meals instead of large meals.

Get started with luke  warm water empty stomach each morning
Go for small frequent meals.. No empty stomach
Breakfast shud be full n dinner shud be in minimum
No package food n cold things
Reduce liquid after sunset
Drink water before meal n after an hour of each meal..preferably luke  warm
Exercise regularly not only for weight loss but it shud be a habit for healthy living.
