I tried everything like Joined Gym, doing Yoga every day eating healthy foods still my weight is 47-50. It increses 2 KGs then again as it is. I am IT professional and working mostly in Night shifts, suggest me..

Hello ya your weight is the area of concern for you as this ideally is underweight category ... As you said you have tried a lot of things to increase weight ... As a homeopath and nutritionist my area of concern is have you had some very primary blood tests done .. as there are some form of minor causes which hinder in weight gain .... For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

- Take regular meals - Add  carbohydrates, fats, proteins, in each meal( like in breakfast, lunch, Weight loss 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy.Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis,Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk,curd,Paneer, Meat,Fish,Eggs etc. Include essential fats like Almonds,walnuts,flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.
