Hi - as I can see your BMI is 19.71 so u r in range ( 18.5 - 24.9). so I advice u to add more cereals like weekly 3 days khicdi, home made polao, add little nuts, high quality protien including organic, dairy ,plant .add 3 times vegetables, 2 servings fruits rich in fibre always. sleep 8 hrs, high calorie foods like kheer, pudding, rice ,rice products. add butter, ghee with 2 tsf .nibfast,junk but nutritious all.
You need to gain 12 KGS that is muscle mass not fat. Consult dietician for your counseling. Write me on personal chat
