Weight gain concern
I am 28 years old, and my weight is around 45 kgs.I feel dizzy and weak. Can anyone please suggest to me protein for weight gain or any other medicine for appetite. Thank you

Hi ma, To help you gain weight There are many suggestions to give moreover I need to know your height Eating habits Medical history Food likes dislikes Allergies Veg or non veg Exercise schedule Before suggesting anything more

Have 4 to 5 meals per day with a mid morning snack and 3 to 4 pm snack Your dizziness and tiredness might be due to anemia ( less hemoglobin) in the blood You may have worms in the stomach Any other medical issues need to be checked before we could proceed further. Meals on time is required and if you don’t have any health issues other than maybe anemia you should include more cereals and grains ( carbohydrate foods) to help you gain weight.

Healthy evening, Eat 2-3 hours frequently Includes protein all meals Consume good fats Drink adequate water Follow exercise routine strength training or weight training Eating more frequently Choosing foods with lots of nutrients Top it off Exercise For increase appetite start eating 3 meals or 2-3 snacks per day. Set alarm to remind you to eat if you are not experiencing regular hunger cues or have a hard time remembering to eat Try include energy dense foods such as nuts, nuts butter , dried fruits. Cheese , granola bars and avocados.
