Respected Doctors, I m underweight without any medical problems..and my all family member having great personality as well as good height and weight...i m only 45 kg...so can i want to gain my weight as soon as possible! And i want to is it possible to gain 20 kg in 4 months! kindly advise!

U take Kushmaanda rasayana two tsf twice a day. Drink fullfat milk 200 ml per day. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts for vitamins,minerals,and micro nutrients . Eat almonds,figs,raisins,dates,walnuts drycopra  powdered and ghee mixed to make a burfi/ laddus. Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday. Sleep atleast for six hrs at night. Walk,exercise,yoga for an hour everyday to keep fit.

Dear Practo user Weight gain is a tedious process.. As a dietician I won't b able to over promise u the result u might get. Before starting your weight gain goal, we need to assess and figure out what made u remain underweight till now. It's more of figuring out the root cause and solving it will help u  improve your health..For that a random ak called high calorie or high protein diet or protein supplements won't work..
