To gain weight you need to eat more calories than your body burns. Weight gain need to take care your diet and life style for whole day. It needs proper nutrition to your diet. You may do certain changes like avoid gaps in between two meals, add healthy meal, and reduce junk meal. You may add paneer, cheese, whole eggs, potatoes, legumes, nuts in your diet. Hello Eat frequent meals which is calorie dense food. Avoid junk food to gain weight, eat 5-6 meals in a day . Include in your diet milk and milk products, daily 2 times pulses  or legumes, eat daily 2 fruits , eat leafy vegetables, if you are non vegetarian take chicken fish in moderation. Eat nuts ,dry fruits. With regular exercise so you will gain muscle. Drink enough water , 10-12 glasses , sleep 7-8 hours Check for if you have any digestive issues or not
