Weight gain plan for underweight issue
As I'm underweight, is whey protein better to consume or mass protein? Also, could you suggest a simple diet chart to help address my issue? I'm currently doing strength training at the gym, so any advice would be helpful.

But if mass gainers upset your stomach, you can take whey protein + high-calorie foods instead. Simple diet plan for weight gain: Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs + peanut butter bread / banana + milk Mid-morning: Banana shake / peanut chikki Lunch: Rice + dal + chicken/ paneer + 1 tbsp ghee Evening snack: Sprouts or roasted chana + fruit Post-workout: Whey or mass gainer shake Dinner: Roti + paneer/chicken + curd Before bed: Milk with honey or dry fruits Tip: Aim for 300–400 extra calories daily + continue strength training.
