My daughter is 4.5yr only 16kg .her eating pattern is good.still she is not gaining much weight.what is the ideal weight to gain per year in kids? How to increase her weight

I believe she her weight is quite alright. It is not the weight that is important but the child's immunity and defence mechanism against illnesses that is more important. If the child is active, alert, playful and having a regular sleep-stool routines, the child is fine.

If she doesn't have any issues, happy cheerful,and active then she definitely healthy. Children gain weight according to their height and what they are eating . Give one plate of wholemeal diet, and more fruits and vegetables. Avoid giving cheaps ,Maggi ,cake and other such items,as these prevent her to getting hunger. With alfalfa tonic ,add cal phos 6x . Two tablets daily with water.
