Weight gain issue
Good evening sir. Recently I got married, but after marriage I started losing my weight, before marriage my weight was 37, now my weight is 33 only, and I'm not getting pregnant even after meeting.

Hello Are you eating balanced diet which includes whole grains, oats, millets, fresh fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products and healthy fats like seeds and nuts. How is your appetite. Are you eating enough. Try to go for walk after sunrise and do yoga. First focus on your health and then plan for family. Do not stress yourself. Try to relax and enjoy your life.

Try to rule if u have any medical issues.. Any hormonal issues If not then try having protein rich food like eggs, paneer, soy paneer, pulses and sprouts. Also try doing muscle gaining exercise

Gud morning pls try to do full body check up for detail medical analysis whether is there any internal health issues or not first? Try to have a proper healthy balanced diet with some strength or muscle mass growth exercises like yoga or cardio daily for 45mins minimum early morning for better result.
