Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start ur day with exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello, -exercise for at least 1 hr -include protein in your diet (esp. post workout- it helps in building muscle weight) -intake of at least 3L of water daily -include healthy fats like nuts in your diet -include 1-2 fruits in your diet -increase amount of vegetables in your diet -avoid junk food/oily food/ sugary food in your diet NOTE: This can change according to ones medical condition

Hello user Weight gain doest not independently depends on tbe amount of calories consumed. It also depends on your body type, metabolic rate, lifestyle and height weight. You need to consume a protein rich doet along with good quality carbohydrates and fats and a balance of micronutrients. the right kind and intensity of exercise also helps.
